Last updated: June 28, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of Sermon AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. These Terms should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before broad commercial launch.

1. The service

Sermon AI provides software for uploading audio or video, generating transcriptions, summaries, outlines, newsletters, social content, study materials, exports, and searchable knowledge.

2. Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Organizations are responsible for managing their members, roles, permissions, uploaded content, and internal use of the service.

3. Customer content

You retain ownership of content you upload and outputs generated from that content, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party rights. You grant Sermon AI the rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display customer content solely to provide the service.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Only upload content you have the right to process.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious content.
  • Inform speakers, contributors, employees, volunteers, or participants where required by law.
  • Review AI outputs before publishing or relying on them.
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and organization policies.

5. AI output

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific context. Sermon AI is a productivity tool and does not replace theological, academic, legal, financial, medical, or professional judgment.

6. Plans, trials, and billing

Sermon AI may offer free trials, limited quotas, and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Prices, limits, and features may change over time. Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are not refundable except where required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Attempt to bypass quotas, billing, authentication, or access controls.
  • Access another organization’s data without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
  • Use the service to create or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive material.
  • Upload malware or attempt to compromise the platform.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, a security risk, unpaid fees, unlawful activity, or harm to the service or other users.

9. Privacy and data processing

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. For customer workspace content processed on behalf of an organization, our Data Processing Addendum may apply.

10. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, abuse prevention, or technical incidents may affect access.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sermon AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

12. Contact
